How to organize business in the EU: practical advice for entrepreneurs

March 19, in the Fireplace Room of the Free Economic Society of Russia International Club “Business Partnership” and the Business Club “Women of future Russia” organized a seminar of the series “Practice of a successful business”. The subject of the seminar was: “How to organize business in the EU: practical advice for entrepreneurs”.

Meeting was opened by Chairman of the International Club “Business Partnership”, the head of the Business Club “Women of future Russia” Olga Irzun:

- I am pleased to welcome you at the next meeting of the Club, which is typically held in a workshop format within the series “Practice of a successful business”. The issue of business cooperation with the EEC countries is relevant for all of us. We need to find effective solutions and ways to expand own business, so it remains afloat even in the difficult political and economic circumstances. We propose to consider some of the practical aspects of international business cooperation, as well as talk about the features of negotiating with business partners from around the world, representatives of different business cultures.

Olga introduced speaker of the first part of the seminar – tax consultant, general director of “KONSALKO” (Moscow), Natalia Kudishina. Natalia told the participants about the features of registration and operation of companies and enterprises in entering the European market, including – the nuances that need to be considered when choosing a jurisdiction for organization created. In addition, the speaker presented ratings assessing the attractiveness of countries for investors and entrepreneurs, introduced them to the differences in the tax systems in different countries of the EEC. In concluding the presentation, deputy general director of “KONSALKO” Eugene Tsikunov presented information materials, which accumulated decades of experience the company providing support to entrepreneurs in doing business in the EU.

Great interest of participants was caused by the second speech of the round table – “Features of negotiations with business partners from different countries, representatives of different business cultures”. Speaker – CEO of the Russian Association of Business Education RABE Natalia Evtikhieva.

In the highly competitive markets of Asia and Europe the ability to negotiate with partners plays a vital role. Knowledge of mental traits and traditional business culture of potential companions makes it easier. Natalya told the participants about the nuances that need to be taken into account when negotiating with representatives of the different states and territories, gave practical advice for business planning to develop business abroad.

After the end of the workshop presentations, participants had the opportunity to get answers to all their questions.

Summarizing the meeting, Olga Irzun thanked speakers for their interesting presentations and invited everyone to participate in the upcoming events planned by the club “Business Partnership” – a meeting with the business community of the Samara region, the business mission to the Republic of Kazakhstan and the business meeting with the entrepreneurs of Bavaria “under the flag of Bavaria”.
