International club “Business Partnership” and the Business club “Women of future Russia” invite to join a round-table discussion “Personal risks of general directors doing business” on November 27.

Discussion is conducted by Natalya Nicholskaya – Attorney, Chairman of the Moscow City faculty of advocates “Dorogomilovskaya”.

Being the CEO is not only and not so much respect, honor and power – above all, it is responsibility and high personal risk.

The round table will examine issues of personal property liability of CEO and founders on creditors' claims, questions on the risks for the joint property of the spouses in the liquidation and bankruptcy of companies, and other matters.
